From on-the-ground farmer innovations and academic research, to policy change challenging the corporate food economy and supporting its alternatives, the Agroecology Fund supports a better food future for all. From the 10th to the 13th of May 2016, the AgroEcology Fund (AEF) and the Alliance for Food Sovereignty in Africa (AFSA) brought together 70 people representing 30 organizations to share experiences and ideas about amplifying agroecology. Over the course of the Learning Exchange, participants generated many ideas, and they shared valuable knowledge and unique experiences. The insights that emerged as a collective product of this unique gathering of great minds were incredibly rich. This summary presents some of the highlights of these insights.
