Director of Strategic Operations, Finance and Administration

The AEF has grown significantly in the last two years. This growth has created new needs in AEF's organizational development and grantmaking strategy and operations. In the coming years the implementation of decentralized regional funds is projected, which will require new management models. This position is key to manage AEF systems and recent growth as well as for AEF to be ready to respond to the opportunities that will arise in the coming years. The Director of Strategic Operations, Finance and Administration will be a key member of the AEF team jointly responsible for strategic planning and overall management of the institution to ensure organizational health and the fulfillment of the foundation’s mission.
